Intentional Movement for the Modern Nervous System

At Fireweed & Cedar Wellness Collective, our yoga practice is centered on presence, not performance. Each class is designed to support nervous system regulation and provide a safe, welcoming space for all bodies, all abilities, and all levels of experience.

We specialize in trauma-informed yoga that is also brain-injury friendly, with modifications and pacing that honor the needs of individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), PTSD, or chronic stress. Our certified instructors are trained in trauma-sensitive practices that prioritize grounding, body awareness, and breath-led movement.

Sound Healing Experience

A sound experience is a beautiful journey filled with vibrant tones and soothing vibrations that gently invite your body and mind into deep relaxation and presence. Through the enchanting melodies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, along with other calming instruments, a rich soundscape nurtures your nervous system, eases mental chatter, and encourages restful brainwave states. Rather than a task to tackle, it’s an opportunity to fully embrace, creating a serene space for grounding and clarity.
